We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused. In the first instance, please ask for the Station Manager and give them your feedback. If you’re still unhappy, please visit the contact us page and let our Customer Service team handle your case.

If you’re still at our Filling Station, please don’t turn on the ignition: this will circulate the fuel and increase the risk of damage to your engine. The best thing to do, is to ask our service bay technician to guide you on what to do next.

We offer a gamut of options for making your purchase at our retail outlets a hassle-free experience. The current modes of payment are:

  • Mpesa – mobile money
  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card

Our fleet customers can pay through their Wells Oil fuel card as well.
